Why We Started
Most of West Tennessee's commercial network cabling has historically been served by regional firms run out of Memphis, Nashville, or Tupelo. That model works when a job is large enough to justify the windshield time, but it leaves a lot of mid-market commercial cabling work poorly served — the 25-drop tenant improvement, the 80-drop office build-out, the WiFi refresh in a 10,000-square-foot warehouse, the school district that needs a Davis-Bacon-compliant cabling subcontractor. We started Jackson Network Cabling to be the local commercial cabling specialist that runs from Jackson.
How We Work
Every project starts with a site visit (when feasible) or a detailed scope call. We work from your drawings if you have them, or we draft a scope from a walk-through if you don't. The quote is written, line-itemed by drop and pathway, and includes the test certification and documentation deliverables. No verbal estimates, no "we'll figure it out on site."
Once the work starts, you have one project manager from start to finish. Not a sales rep who hands off to a foreman you've never met. The same PM walks the site at quote time, supervises the pull and termination, hands you the certification reports, and walks the IDF with your IT team at project closeout.
What We Install To
Every job is installed to TIA/EIA-568 standards. We work with system-level warranties from Panduit, Leviton, CommScope, Belden, and Hubbell when their components are specified end-to-end. Every drop is tested with a Fluke DSX-8000 cable analyzer (permanent-link or channel test per TIA/EIA), and you get a signed PDF report by drop with the invoice.
Compliance & Documentation
For federal, state, school district, and most healthcare projects, we deliver:
- Certified payroll and Davis-Bacon documentation
- Insurance certificates with the proper additional-insured language
- Drug-free workplace and OSHA-10 / OSHA-30 documentation as required by spec
- BICSI installer credentials on the team
- As-built drop maps and label keys at project closeout
- Test certification reports per the manufacturer warranty submission requirements

Madison County (Jackson, Three Way, Medina, and the surrounding area) is our home base. Beyond that we route regularly through Gibson, Crockett, Dyer, Henderson, Carroll, Haywood, Hardeman, Chester, and Decatur counties.
